The front panel of the IC697MDL340 is equipped with dual sets of LED indicators: top-mounted LEDs display the on/off status of each output point from the PLC side, while dedicated indicators provide real-time feedback on the condition of the group fuses. Mechanically keyed for secure installation, the module guarantees that only matching replacements can be used in the field, eliminating the risk of incorrect module swapping. Additionally, it supports I/O reference configuration without the need for jumpers or DIP switches, simplifying setup and maintenance procedures.
Compatible with a wide range of load devices including motor starters, solenoids, and indicators, the IC697MDL340 delivers a continuous current rating of 2 Amps per output point for long-term stable operation. Due to internal heat dissipation constraints, the maximum load current for each 4-point group is capped at 4 Amps to ensure reliable performance under sustained operating conditions.
